Standard Liege has announced the departure of Teddy Teuma. The 32-year-old midfielder is leaving for Royal Antwerp FC. Teuma joined the club in January, after being allowed to leave Stade Reims. Earlier, Marc Wilmots had indicated that Standard Luik would be looking for 'more physical profiles' this summer. Now, the Maltese international has announced that he will no longer continue with Standard Luik. On his social media, Teuma writes the following message: 'Dear Rouches, fate has chosen to separate us. We haven't had the time to get to know each other fully, but in five months, you've been able to touch me and make me understand what the values of Standard Luik are. I'm proud to have worn these colors. Thank you for the warm welcome and support. I'll always be one of you. I wish you all the best for the future. Now it's time for me to dive into a new project.'
